Pete’s Greens wholesales organic farm produce year-round to over 50 stores, restaurants,
and caterers throughout Vermont and in Boston and New York City. We are certified organic
and focus on unusual and heirloom varieties. Our specialties include baby greens, heirloom
tomatoes, and root and storage crops, but our availability list shows that we grow most
vegetable crops that can be grown in our climate.
We self deliver throughout central Vermont, and Black River Produce delivers for us in the
rest of the state. Vermont Quality Meats delivers our produce in Boston and New York City.
Black River and Vermont Quality solely deliver for us, they are not distributors who buy from
us and resell to you. We have found it important to have direct contact with our customers.
Once a week we fax or e-mail (your preference) an availability sheet for the week. Then you
call or e-mail your order, or we will call you for the order. To learn the specifics of order and
delivery schedules contact Tim Fishburne via phone or e-mail. We are especially interested
in working with creative chefs and produce buyers who challenge us to grow new crops. We
